How long it typically takes to solve a problem?
Some jobs can take just minutes but for the bigger jobs we do our up most best to have your laptop/PC back to you within 2 days. Depending on the severity of the problem this may take a little longer but we will keep you updated along the way if this is the case.

Pricing varies depending on work and time required but we will always let you know prior to commencing work so that there are no surprises.
